Our Story So Far...

My name is Phil Mosher and I love selling. In 1985, the year I statred my sales career, I attend a two-day seminar by Brian Tracy. This opened my eyes to the psychology behind sales. That same year I started working with The Energy Doctor, quickly rising to be their number one agent Canada-wide. I have always enjoyed similar success in other direct sales jobs before becoming a New Home Sales Expert in 1997. I became the top New Home Sales Expert in Manitoba, a distinction that lasted eight consecutive years. In 2013 while selling residential new homes, I was offered an opportunity to join Brian Tracy International (BTI). Feeling that there was an opportunity to help sales professionals improve their selling skills at the local level, Phil jumped at the chance and became a Certified Sales Trainer and Facilitator with BTI. Elite Sales Training was officially launched in January 1st 2023. .
